Privacy Policy

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers. We do not build a profile of you, and we have nothing to share with ad networks because we collect nothing to share.

You can read the entire site without giving us any personal data at all.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address, the delivery cadence you chose, the date you confirmed, the date you unsubscribed if you did, a note of where you signed up, and two random tokens — one single-use token to confirm the address, one long-lived token that powers your unsubscribe link.

That is the whole record. No name, no location, no inferred interests, no open or click tracking.

Server logs. Like any web server, ours records requests, which can include IP address, timestamp, and user agent. These are operational records used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. They are not joined to subscriber records.

Only to send the edition you asked for, and to send the one confirmation message that activates the subscription. We do not sell, rent, or share subscriber emails, and we do not send third-party marketing.

Subscription is double opt-in: nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link. If you never confirm, the address stays inert and unused.

Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and it keeps working indefinitely. You can also email privacy@qaireport.com to unsubscribe, to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted outright.

Unsubscribing marks the record inactive so we do not re-add an address that asked us to stop. Ask for deletion and we remove the row entirely.

The site runs on our own infrastructure. We use a third-party provider to deliver email, and your address is necessarily shared with it for that purpose alone. Editions are produced using third-party AI providers, which receive article headlines, links, and public company information — never subscriber data.

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Email privacy@qaireport.com and we will act on it. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights, and we have never sold personal data.

Our lawful basis for sending the newsletter is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has subscribed, email us and we will delete the record.

Subscriber data is held in an access-controlled database on private infrastructure, and the site is served over TLS. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold small deliberately — it is the most effective protection available. We retain subscriber records until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

Our infrastructure is located in the United States. If you subscribe from outside the US, your email address is processed there.
